1.Favourite time to workout? Afternoons or anywhere between 11-3 that’s when I have motivation anytime after that I will just feel like sitting on the sofa
2. Favourite place to workout? The gym or the park
3. Favourite workout shirt? Over sized t-shirts.
4. Favourite workout shorts? I can’t wear shorts my thighs will cause a fire. I wear yoga pants or sweats
5. Favourite song to listen to while working out? I actually have a Zombies Run! Playlist so whatever comes up on that lol
6. Weights exercise you like most? I’m not really sure.
7. Favourite post workout snack? Anything with peanut butter or a nice smoothie
8. How do you get to your place of working out? I walk
9. Would you workout if you didn’t have to in order to stay fit and healthy? I plan on it. I need to stay fit I can’t go back up after I reach my UGW
10. Favourite thing to do to pass time during cardio? Listen to music but stare at the television
11. How many times per week do you exercise? It used to be 5x a week but now it’s once or twice……
12. What gets you most motivated to workout? Thinking about how I feel after I work out!
13. Do you work alone or with a partner? Alone but I love having a partner because they push me to be better than them. Especially if they are skinnier or much more fit than I am
14. Any embarrassing moments while running or at the gym? None
15. Water or sports drink? Water!
16. Favorite thing about working out? How great I feel when I’m done! And how accomplished I feel! :D
