165!

Successfully at the weight I was when I first started college.
Even just losing 3 lbs was really noticeable in my clothes this week ;)
Just 20 more lbs to go for my UGW :)
My body is a little weird though.
Only my butt and hips are huge/problem areas, but my hip bones stick out which I didn’t really want
I just want my butt to fix a size 9 and I will be ok lol I could successfully shop at just about any store with that number
Maybe if my hips shrunk 8 inches to make me an hourglass again instead of a pear would be nice….

New sports bra! Also a little bit of progress :) my back fat is smaller and so is my tummy, even if im still only 169. But my real problem is my hips! They haven’t shrunken an inch since I started a year ago :/

Well, it is August 1st guys.

One year ago today, I started my weight loss journey.

I am not at my UGW.

But I am 30lbs lighter and much, much healthier than I was a year ago.

I still have a long way to go.

My high school 5 year reunion is next year and im going back to puerto rico for the summer and I want to look absolutely fab. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.

Goal Weight: Officially its 140lbs. But I’d be happy anywhere from 140 to 150.

1.Favourite time to workout? Afternoons or anywhere between 11-3 that’s when I have motivation anytime after that I will just feel like sitting on the sofa

2. Favourite place to workout?  The gym or the park

3. Favourite workout shirt?  Over sized t-shirts. 

4. Favourite workout shorts? I can’t wear shorts my thighs will cause a fire. I wear yoga pants or sweats

5. Favourite song to listen to while working out?  I actually have a Zombies Run! Playlist so whatever comes up on that lol

6. Weights exercise you like most? I’m not really sure.

7. Favourite post workout snack? Anything with peanut butter or a nice smoothie

8. How do you get to your place of working out? I walk

9. Would you workout if you didn’t have to in order to stay fit and healthy? I plan on it. I need to stay fit I can’t go back up after I reach my UGW

10. Favourite thing to do to pass time during cardio?  Listen to music but stare at the television

11. How many times per week do you exercise? It used to be 5x a week but now it’s once or twice……

12. What gets you most motivated to workout?  Thinking about how I feel after I work out!

13. Do you work alone or with a partner? Alone but I love having a partner because they push me to be better than them. Especially if they are skinnier or much more fit than I am

14. Any embarrassing moments while running or at the gym? None

15. Water or sports drink? Water!

16. Favorite thing about working out? How great I feel when I’m done! And how accomplished I feel! :D






I can’t even eat like a normal person.

So. My mom cooked an unhealthy dinner (but im hungry) and I get a scoop and a half of rice, one rib, and some corn an apparently that’s too much for someone counting calories. It’s waaaaaay less than what everyone in my house eats an only a little more than what I usually eat. And When i said “I could eat whatever I want! I havent even gained a pound since I lost 30” and they laugh and go “well then that means you should eat less to lose weight”

Apparently less than 1390cal a day. They seem to think eating less than 1000 is healthy anyway. Maybe I should wait until they put the food away to eat. Make food my little secret.

I’ve been a little down on motivation lately.

Which is never good for my money. I always want to buy things.
But I stop.
“Do I actually need this or do I just want this?”
Then I just remember how much more I will enjoy it at my UGW.
